Cancellation Policy

Due to the custom nature of printing work, we follow strict cancellation terms:

1. When Can You Cancel?

• You can cancel your order before printing begins by contacting us immediately at support@rocketink.in or calling our support line.

2. Non-Cancellable Orders

• Once an order has entered the printing or processing stage, it cannot be canceled.
• Prepaid orders cannot be refunded once printing starts.

3. Refund on Cancellation

• If cancellation is accepted, a refund will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
• RocketInk reserves the right to deduct applicable processing fees (such as payment gateway charges) if the cancellation request comes after artwork approval.
