Return and Refund Policy

At RocketInk, we take pride in the quality of our print products. However, due to the custom nature of printing, refunds and returns are handled under the following conditions:

1. Damage or Defect

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Raise a claim within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos of the product and packaging at support@rocketink.in.
  • After verification, we will:
    • Reprint and resend the order free of charge, or

    • Offer a full refund, depending on the situation.

2. Incorrect Order

If we ship the wrong product (wrong size, design, or quantity):

  • Report within 48 hours.
  • We will investigate and resolve it with a reprint or refund.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

We cannot refund or accept returns in the following situations:

  • Color variation within industry tolerances (±10%)
  • Customer errors in uploaded artwork or content
  • Delay caused by courier partners
  • Orders cancelled after printing has started

4. Refund Timelines

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.
